[I] Dashboard owners is not updating correctly in the metadata tooltip [superset]

### Bug description
When changing the dashboard owners, the metadata tooltip is not displaying the correct information. Check the video.
### How to reproduce the bug
1. Update the dashboard owners
2. Check the metadata bar owners
