STANBOL-966.2.patch includes all changes of .1 and in addition:

* updates dependencies of the other commons.solr.* modules to version 0.12.0-SNAPSHOT so that those see the solr 4 API exported by the core bundle
* updates the code of those modules to be compatible with solr 4
* ensures that commons.solr.extras.* modules (excluding paoding) also export the correct version of the solr packages
