Nexus Bug?
Hello,
after Jason van Zyl recommended Nexus to me, I did some testing with it.
It seems to work, but there are 3 things I didn't find out yet
a) How can I deploy a third party artifact using the web interface?
b) how can I tell maven when to use the Nexus Third Party Repo, when to use
the Nexus Release Repo
and when to use the Nexus Snapshots Repo?
c) How can I set a password so that a user has to type in some password
BEFORE a file gets deployed?
I am not concerned about security, I am more concerned that a developer hits
"deploy" instead of "install"
and deploys an unfinished project file on the server.
P.s.: BTW: Nexus is great, and so is Hudson!!!

Originally beta-4, but we pulled it up to beta-3

ASAP, we are wrapping up the remaining code and doing testing.
The roadmap is laid out and was sent to the user list earlier this week.
I'll put it up on the site.

When?
Security on the repo is coming in beta-3.
And when is this beta-3 coming?

This is coming, but not in yet.

You can use the typical maven repository entries, but we prefer to use
it by grouping them into a single group and let Nexus decide. In this
way, you only have a single request to the repository from maven instead
of 3 or more.
