Nuget package dll is not signed

The nuget package ApacheThrift provides version 0.9.3, but the dll is not 
signed 
Would it be possible for it to be signed?

Hi David

I will have a look on getting a signing certificate at Apache.

We are pretty busy with many other things at the moment and focusing  
on the build
stability across platforms.
