Addressed all sort issues with controller services and reporting tasks in this patch as it is the same code. Will close the other tickets and refer to this one.

Whereas sorting by name gives an alphabetical sorting, when switching to sort by type i get some C's, follwed by some S's, then D's, then some more S's, an F, and so on...
