At the end of each SHOW EXTENDED TABLES; and SHOW MATERIALIZED VIEWS; command there is an empty line like this:

| tab_name | table_type |
+------------+----------------+
| sample_07 | MANAGED_TABLE |
| sample_08 | MANAGED_TABLE |
| web_logs | MANAGED_TABLE |
| | NULL |

It should be removed.
