When clicking on the tool for adding a TLP establishment the generated text contains:
{code:java}
RESOLVED, that the Apache Apache Lala be and hereby is responsible for
the creation and maintenance of software related to large scale code
license analysis, auditing and reporting; and be it further{code}
But all resolutions I could find have the text you entered in the "what's the project all about" text-box duplicated here.
