Tomcat for RC-2 release

Currently we build the distribution bundles for Pluto using Tomcat 5.0.28.
I'd like to upgrade that to either 5.5.4 or 5.5.5 (scheduled for release
next week).

Any objections?

I'm all for it. I personally would go for 5.5.4 just b/c it's already
out and we won't have to wait for it. That said, I'm not against 5.5.5
if that's what you'd prefer.

You may want to check out the 1.1 branch and how it implements the
bundle building. I improved it quite a bit and was planning to back
port it -- but just haven't gotten around to it. It takes significantly
less time to build that the 1.0 version.

I just got back from vacation last night, and am ready to catch up on
the list and help out. In the mean time, let me know if there are any
pressing needs that need to be resolved before the release is cut.
Thanks for all your work lately!

David
