Hi, you can try the following steps to troubleshoot:
1. Try to connect to the database directly using a MySQL client (such as DBever or Navicat) to confirm whether you can connect successfully.
2. Check the firewall settings to ensure that the listening port of the database (usually 3306) is not blocked.
3. Confirm that the database user's allowed connection address settings are correct, ensuring that your application server's IP address is allowed to connect.
If the above steps still do not resolve the issue, please provide more detailed error information or logs.

@Likeadust Could you provide more information about the environment. For example, how is My SQL deployed, what is the version, and how is the connection configured? There are no other similar issues that have arisen in other user scenarios for now, so it's more of a consideration that environmental factors are causing the problem.
