Document with a URL inserted.

I have a blank document and paste a web URL, Then I select  the URL (highlight)
and paste a different url over it, and OpenOffice 4.0.1.  TERMINATES every
time. Plus program closes.

When you open a report, you must provide more details to reach the problem.
I was not able to reproduce it with following steps:
- with Firefox ESR 31.4.0, open "www.openoffice.org"
- select and copy URL in address bar
- open attached ODT with AOO 4.1.1 and Win7 x64 Pro
- select "h**p://sfbay.craigslist.org/scz/boa/4853124205.html" with mouse
- paste with Ctrl-V over it
Result: no crash and "h**p://www.openoffice.org" URL has been replaced

4.0.1 is obsolete. So, try to update with the last version of AOO: 4.1.1
