ambitious newbie: multi-level portal
Hello all,
I need to build a multi-level, menu-driven, highly-customizable portal for
WML 1.x, XHTML and HTML devices.
Customization would include definition of a navigation tree, where
portlets/layout/skins in each page would be selected according to the logged
user and the place in the navigation tree the user is at the moment. In
fact, this would be a dynamic, on-the-fly reconfiguration of a jetspeed
portal.
Each portlet would have at least one link pointing to a lower/upper level of
the navigation tree or, at the end of the tree, to some external content or
other webapps.
I would really appreciate if any of you could give some feedback on how/if
this could be acomplished using jetspeed, any changes that would be
necessary and their level of complexity.
Regards,
João Filipe Plácido Santos
