Does the following do what you are after?

  <command className="org.apache.commons.chain.generic.LookupCommand"
                name="SomeChain"/>

A couple of additional properties are also useful:

  * catalog="foo" if your command is not in the default catalog

  * optional="true" if you don't want execution to complain
    if the specified command is not present.  This is perfect
    for creating optional extension points in standard chains.
