   ### What happened
   
   all the tasks in the work process complete or fail，but the work process remains in a running state.
   
   ### What you expected to happen
   
   The work process status is completed after all tasks complete or fail.
   
   ### How to reproduce
   
   Through our observations,We found that the master and worker were down during the task execution.We guess whether the worker executing the task did not receive the reply that the task was completed, or the master down when the worker sent the task completed status to the master and the master did not write the status to the database.
   
   ### Anything else
   
   The above problems can cause the work process cannot be complete
