   Sorry for adding comments to this old PR.
   I'm now trying `CONFIG_NET_TCP_WRITE_BUFFERS=y` with sabre-6quad on QEMU.
   It works before merging this PR (see. https://github.com/apache/nuttx/compare/master...masayuki2009:incubator-nuttx:sabre-6quad-netnsh-wb)
   
   However, if I rebase the above branch to the latest master, iperf -c does not work (i.e. 0.0 Mbps)
   I also tried to change IOB parameters but still can not find parameters to work with.
   Do you have any comments on how to fix the issue?
