Host confirmation fails if ambari-agent is already run. 

Steps:
1. Go to InstallOptions page and populate hosts and secrete key.
2. Go to CustomizeServices page.
3. Go back to InstallOptions page and then try to go further through ConfirmHosts page.
Result:
Host confirmation is failed. It works fine only if 'Perform manual registration' is selected on InstallOptions page.
Reproduced on RHEL6. Log from UI is attached.
