Are you kidding? 0.13 was released two and a half years ago. It's not
even alpha, not even feature-complete! According to CHANGES, it has
no 'export' or 'merge' commands, and not even a complete 'log' command.
That's.... terrifying.

yea; but if they ever want to upgrade, we need them to be able to load their
dump files... And I *really* would like them to upgrade!
