Project Chair Apache Struts
As far as i know,
Craig R. McClanahan is Project Chair of struts.apache.org.
Are there any vice-presidents of the active struts-commiters?

Craig is Chair of the Struts Project Management Committee (PMC), which makes
him a Vice President of The Apache Software Foundation (VP of Apache
Struts). See http://www.apache.org/foundation/index.html.
Besides the PMC chair, the only other roles are the usual PMC members,
committers, contributors, etc.
