Ezmlm handles bounces like this:

If this message bounces too, I will send you a probe. If the probe bounces,
I will remove your address from the private mailing list,

So it might be useful to have a service which watches the auto-unsub logs for _all_ lists, correlates the unsubbed addresses with known committer addresses, and informs the committers.
