[Bug 122305] New: [sidebar] Side does not use large icons.

https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=122305

            Bug ID: 122305
        Issue Type: DEFECT
Summary: [sidebar] Side does not use large icons.
    Classification: Code
           Product: General
           Version: AOO400-dev
          Hardware: PC
                OS: Windows 7
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P3
         Component: ui
          Assignee: issues@openoffice.apache.org
          Reporter: rb.henschel@t-online.de
                CC: issues@openoffice.apache.org

Switch to large icons in Tools > Options > OpenOffice > View.
Restart to make changes active (or change icon theme too).
Notice, that all toolbars have got large icons, but not the icons in the
sidebar.

Large icons are not only important for users with weak eyes (accessibility) but
for education too, where the UI is shown using a beamer.

The "large" symphony icons in default_images are not large enough. They are
24x24 but should be 26x26. But they are not used anyway.

--- Comment #2 from Christophe Strobbe <st...@hdm-stuttgart.de> ---
I checked this issue in Apache OpenOffice 4.0.0 on Windows 7. With "Icon size
and style" set to "Large", the icons in the sidebar do not get bigger (compared
to the setting "Small"), except the buttons Font Colour and Highlighting in the
Properties panel of the sidebar.

As far as I can see "large icons" are used in the toolbars, but not in other UI
elements, like the Navigator.

Thus, this is an enhancement request.
