[Documentation] Broken URL

The URL:

http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/directory/branches/apacheds/1.0/testcase-archetype

In page:
svn co http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/directory/branches/apacheds/1.0/testcase-archetype
	
is broken.

I think it should be:
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/directory/apacheds/branches/1.0/testcase-archetype/

And I can update it, but I think I "broke" my wiki access.  I signed up for a new account with my ole.ersoy@gmail.com address, when I could not remember my password for my current account.  Long reason...blah blah... But I think edit access needs to be turned on.  Can someone please turn on access for my new account?
