   ### Description
   
   1.能否添加全局变量（所有的项目或者同一个项目下的workflow可以共用同一个变量）
   2.设置全局的任务模板，可以全局使用，且可以同一修改
   
   ### Use case
   
   1.公司的任务较多，划分了较多的workflow，但变量设置都是相同的
   2.设置全局任务模板，这样可以实现任务设置相关的配置不用重复的操作配置

   1. Can you add global variables (all projects or workflows under the same project can share the same variable)
   2. Set a global task template, which can be used globally and can be modified at the same time
   
   ### Use case
   
   1. The company has more tasks and divided more workflows, but the variable settings are the same
   2. Set the global task template, so that the configuration related to the task setting can be realized without repeated operation configuration
