   Now I'm back...and it seems that what I have in my local repo and what is showing in the commits to this repo are not in sync. I have no idea what I have done. or not done. 
   
   I will double check that what I have locally is, indeed, correct and working and passing all tests and will probably then withdraw this PR and resubmit a new one to be on the safe side. I will rebase to latest master as well.
