the same problem occurs when trying to delete the doctypes subtree from the
default publication:
http://localhost:8888/UniDuE-Design/authoring/doctypes_en.html?lenya.continuation=35652a695d83806574455c13222c0c686a13004b&lenya.usecase=site.delete&submit=Delete

there is an index_en.odt in there, so the doctype is probably ok, but the check
is not (it seems to assume an .xml file).
