what will I do before running the uddi4j?

hello everyone,
I'm new to juddi.When I run the uddi4j programme,there always come with 
some error.
Maybe I miss setting some enviroments k,I think.
I have jws1.3,jdk1.4,ant,uddi4j.I can see the page 
http:\\loacoalhost:8080\juddi\happyjuddi.jasp
and there is nothing wrong.
Give me some advises please!
