[I] Executors try to connect with local scheduler instead of remote scheduler [datafusion-ballista]

**Describe the bug**
I am running queries in a k8s cluster. Exectuors are receiving tasks to run so can connect to the scheduler but then I see errors such as:

That was already in place and executors could fetch work to do. Apparently I also need to add ` --external-host=ballista-scheduler (the k8s service name) to the scheduler args`. Seems like this could be improved.
