We currently have at least two separate HTTP clients used by GFSH over HTTP.  (See SimpleHttpRequester, AbstractHttpOperationInvoker, RestHttpOperationInvoker, SimpleHttpOperationInvoker).  This results in a lot of duplicated and inconsistent logic.
