Hello.

I report.
I'm causing Apache1.3.26(Win32)Binary and Apache2.0.39(Win32)Binary run on
Windows2000Server.
As soon as the memory of the machine is increased to 1GB from 256MB, OS became
extremely unstable.
There is the possibility that there is the person who did the same experience
as me perhaps in addition.
I do not have the environment and brain that do compiling.
There is only the method that uses the release of Win32 binary.
I am hoping that is done Fix with the next version.
