[jira] [Resolved] (HDDS-4374) Share RocskDB cache in new datanode DB utilities

Ethan Rose resolved HDDS-4374.
------------------------------
    Resolution: Duplicate

This issue will be resolved by HDDS-4337, which shares one Options object for every column family (this results in one cache for all DBs), but uses a separate DBOptions object for each database to keep Statistics objects independent.

> HDDS-3869 switched datanodes from using the old database utilities found in the hdds.utils package to the new database utilities in the hdds.utils.db package. This removed the options cache (see HDDS-4337), which consequently removed cache sharing among all RocksDB instances per datanode. This Jira aims to add the shared RocksDB cache back, without necessarily sharing the the entire database options. Full DB Options sharing/caching per HDDS-4337 will require more careful implementation and can be done after this Jira.
