Stack Overflow error when preparing project for release

This error occurred in IE only , doesn't come up in firefox

Steps to reproduce:

   1. Get a project ready for release by building successfully in Continuum.
   2. Click on the Release Project icon (box)
   3. Choose "Prepare project for release" and click submit
   4. Before the configuration page is loaded, the error pops up
          * Stack overflow at line: 8279
   5. Clicking on OK will allow the config page to load

I am able to release regardless.

I tried it with 1.2.3 and 1.3.1 and it only happens in 1.3.1.. could this be related to struts?

I tried this with 1.2.3 and 1.3.1 and it only happens in 1.3.1

Could it be caused by our struts migration?
