No-one has stepped up to support LibreSSL in Tomcat Native.

2.0.x announced 6 months ago LibreSSl support would be removed some time after
2026-09-30.

1.3.x reaches end of life in March 2027.

LibreSSL "support" (it is currently broken in 2.0.x) hasn't been removed yet
but I expect it to be removed soon.
