[VOTE] Release Tuscany SCA 2.0 M4 RC3
Please review/vote on the SCA 2.0 M4 release.
The distribution artifacts and maven staging repository are at:
http://people.apache.org/~antelder/tuscany/2.0-M4-RC3
That includes the binary and source distributions, RAT reports, and
maven staging repository which also contains the artifacts for the
tuscany and bundle plugins which are also being included in this
release and the tags for which are below.
The tags for the release is at:
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/tuscany/tags/java/sca/2.0-M4-RC3

I did get a failure in itest/distribution/webapp-helloworld-bpel the
first time through the SCA src distro build. I tried building that
module locally and re-ran the full build and both were OK. So no a
blocker. Haven't experienced this in the 2.x build recently.

Here's my +1, a little late... but I was too busy the last few days.
I've reviewed the binary RC, tried most of the samples and they looked
good to me.
