[RD] Updated 70_sare_random.cf v1.22

Hello,
Just a note to all, the ruleset 70_sare_random.cf has just been updated,
this new set is much better than previous sets, contains a lot of fixes and
you should replace your older copy asap!

If you are using an automated rule download system, please be sure to update
the filename as well.

Visit: http://www.rulesemporium.com/ and click on Rules.
