The OpenWebBeans proposal is being discussed on the general@incubator.apache.org 
  mailing list.

thread. Assuming the project is accepted as an Incubator project, you  
can subscribe to the OpenWebBeans mailing lists and participate/ 
contribute with the OpenWebBeans community.
