Cocoon do not recompile my xsp stylesheet.

This XSP page is a stylesheet which is used for a xml file.
It is working but when I change something cocoon do not
recompile this page, instead it takes the old one from the
repository.

It is not a matter of different times, because everything
is running on the same machine.

Is it default behavior (hope not)?
What is wrong?

I have Cocoon 1.8.2
