[ANNOUNCE] ManifoldCF 0.5.1 is released!

Hello all,

Our first out-of-the-incubator release happens to be a bug-fix point
release.  Fixes include problems with both Derby and HSQLDB related to
new versions of these databases, as well as a problem with
compatibility with current versions of popular application servers.
