Doc fast vs. random file appenders.

I think it is time (before or after the current RC) to remove the "(was
Fast...Appender)" from the menu on the left of the site.

Thoughts?

I'm okay with removing that now. It's been up for 5 months... We've given
people plenty of warning I'd say. :-)

Also we should move these items down in the side menu as it currently isn't
in alphabetic order (because of the rename).

Finally if we change this we should make matching changes to the section
titles in the appenders page.
