Gobblin's source distribution doesn't contain gradle-wrapper.jar, so users have to download it themselves.

Error: Could not find or load main class org.gradle.wrapper.GradleWrapperMain

Its explanation was in README.md before, but it seems to be removed in [this|https://github.com/apache/gobblin/pull/3159] commit.
I think it should be restored, because the official document doesn't explain it too.
