   Same.
   I need to upgrade to 2.8.0, dev on macos and the CI build is on Linux.
   I can't do this because:
   - `pulsar-client==2.8.0` can not be used locally due to the dynamic linking error (which triggered `2.8.0.post0`, but works on CI
   - `pulsar-client==2.8.0.post0` can be used locally, but does not exist in the CI build
