can't connect to svnserver -> Error ...target machine actively refused it.
I'm trying to set up Subversion as a service under Windows Server 2003.
I have the service running but I get this error message every time I try
to browse to it.
Any help would surely be appreciated.

If you are using svnserve.exe then it doesn't support browser through
a Web browser -- you need to use a Subversion client of some kind
(svn.exe or TortoiseSVN). If you are using Apache as the Subversion
server, then it does not appear to be running, or is not running on
the port you are browsing to. Or, in either case you may have a
firewall or proxy issue.
If you want more help then you'll need to provide more specific
information about your setup (versions, server type, firewall/proxy
info, etc).
