[Bug 5616] New: update date in X-Spam-Status without tampering with version_tag

It would be neat if some of the sa-updated date information could be reflected
automatically in the version number reported here:

X-Spam-Status: ...    version=3.2.3-jidanni2_2007_08_19_09_03_54

Above I have done sa-update && my_script > user_prefs
But it would be neat to not have to resort to a my_script to tamper with
version_tag.
