Pushing users into AD

Hello Syncope Team!
After playing a lot with this product a i stumbled upon some problems wich
may need your help =)
Succesfully i managed to declare 2 resources:
- Resource A: fetch users from a database into syncope;
- Resource B: push those into AD with ssl enabled.
I may need your help to accomplish this request: is it possible to push
users into active directory with a default and constant password and make
them disabled ?
So far i managed to pull the password from the db using resource A, but i
kinda don't like that the password is saved to that db, i'd prefer to
delegate this job to syncope. Let's say the password is '1234AbCDE' how can
i tell to syncope to write this password into AD?

Another question is, how do u extend syncope by implementing customs java
class?I mean do you have to have syncope installed on a pc, develop, than
copy paste, respecting the path, to the production server ? Is there any
tutorial on how to do it ?

Many thanks in advance!
