I think I can see what's going on here, but could you provide some more
elaboration on this?  You've obviously done some background research on this (or
you remember what you wrote), so see if you can describe some of that here.

Is there any reason the "getMessageResources()" method can't do a priority
search, just like most scope lookups, instead of only looking in a single scope?
