might be a silly question(on iframe)

Can you put a portlet inside an Iframe portlet? 

The portlet is also in the same jetspeed instance of the Iframe. I tried putting the url of the portlet inside the IFRAME. It loads the portlet alright but I also loads the banner and the menu. Is it possible to only see the portlet?
