For now, I have changed the default value of status in service 'createFinAccountTrans' to "FINACT_TRNS_CREATED"  from "FINACT_TRNS_APPROVED"
Attaching patch for the same

It would be great if you can share the exact workflow in which you faced the issue so that it can be verified for the same.
