[Bug 66005] Apache crashes, if there is a tomcat server, which can not be resolved

I did some further investigation. with strace
SEGSEGV was raised 0.000044 after start up:
0.000044 --- SIGSEGV {si_signo=SIGSEGV, si_code=SI_USER, si_pid=52811,
si_uid=0} ---
0.116226 +++ killed by SIGSEGV (core dumped) +++
OS:  4.18.0-348.20.1.el8_5.x86_64

on a reference machine with  4.18.0-348.7.1.el8_5.x86_64 it works, even if
there are workers, which could not be resolved.
