Upcoming maven-invoker-plugin release

Hi,

I'm going to release the next version of maven-invoker-plugin in a week or
two.
The Last release was a year ago ...

We have resolved many issues, some are planned for next release

There are also other open issues:

I invite every contributor to help on the next release, some of the issues
are easy to resolve.
