How to fix: /roller/frontpage//page/directory in 3.1?

Folks--
I just upgraded to 3.1 (over postgresql). On the front page, when I click
Weblog Directory, I get:

   /roller/frontpage//page/directory

With the two slashes, the link is broken. I can't find where I can fix
that. Various internet searches lead me to believe that it has already been
fixed. Perhaps the upgrade process or postgres breaks that fix?

Any clues?

I'm willing to just hard code the URL in there to get this thing working.

Keith

I managed to fix it by editing the template from the admin pages themselves.
I just hard coded the url in there. That at least gets me past a seemingly
broken installlation. ;)
