### What happened
When users upgrade existing Apache DevLake deploy to v0.14
The value of `pipeline.id` and `blueprint.id` got reordered.
Beside, the pipeline stop working and report the following error:
And the old table got deleted:
### What you expected to happen
`pipeline.id` and `blueprint.id` should stay the same after upgrade.
### How to reproduce
deploy v0.12/v0.13 , launch some pipelines, upgrade to v0.14
### Anything else
_No response_

v0.14.1

The devlake was deployed to a k8s cluster.
So, I'm guessing when upgrading the k8s cluster, there were multiple `devlake` containers running simultaneously due to k8s would bring up new containers before killing the old ones, which caused the migration to be `partially completed`
