#### How to reproduce the bug
1. Go to explorer
2. select tabular type
3. apply metric and dimension
4. See error
### Expected results
report without blinking the screen
### Actual results
screen is blinking, cant produce in screenshot
### Environment

- browser type and version: chrome Version 110.0.5481.178
- superset version: 2.0
- python version: 3.8

Relates to https://github.com/apache/superset/issues/22784 which still seems to be haunting us a bit. Keeping this one open since the other one is closed. Are you perchance seeing this with the heatmap chart or any other chart?

Experiencing similar problems with heatmap and worldmap. This issue also persists when embedding separate chart on another website even when provided with enough space. I've also noticed some charts get a vertical scroll bar even though there's only a couple of pixels to scroll. This make the tool not very usable unless you're using the complete dashboard.
