I only saw 2 i18n classes in your javadoc. It seems like you could migrate
to using Resources pretty easily.

Attached is all of the source code including the testcases (which is
what the properties files are for).
It will probably be a no-brainer to have a merge of functionality
(unless you already cache and it is no longer needed).

Yep. It is largely a resource caching mechanism.
